Found this page through Kompoz.
Really like your songs, especially "Sometimes".
I'm a lyricist too and would like it if you'd view some of mine on http://www.penkslyrics.com
Maybe we could collaborate on some songs.
Let me know your thoughts and please return the guestbook signing.
Hi Stan, I enjoyed your music. It's funny how you never realize what is on the hearts and minds of people. Especially when you are in high school. I had no idea of your aspirations. I wish you all the luck you deserve and plan on having a couple of friends in Nashville look up your web site. Don't get your hopes up as I am a nobody but I do know two couples in the business and they have contacts. I am also going to have Marty Stewarts sister listen to your web site. She and my sister were great friends before my sister Darlene died two years ago. Later and great luck to you guys.

I had a terrific time at Grand Canyon West Ranch where I met Gilbert on March 31st. We're back home now in Burk's Falls, Ontario, Canada and making my way through your web pages. I have listened to the samples here and the music sounds good! I play in a small band here too... (I play bass... but don't do any singing). It's a small community here in central Ontario... population about 800. we get to gig a little bit and play at our local monthly Country Jamboree (that My wife and I organize). Doreen, although not a member of the band, loves singing songs by Patsy Cline, Kitty Wells and Skeeter Davis just to meantion a few. We (the band) just bought a new fangled recording studio and are now in the process of recording OUR first CD.
Anyway... It was an absolute pleasure meeting and talking a little with Gilbert a couple days ago... I hope that maybe we can keep in touch.

We had the pleasure of hearing Gilbert live, and his performance was outstanding. Can’t wait to hear the CD, and let other people know about your music. The dedication, love and craftsmanship that goes into 7th and Beale music is outstanding.
We loved your CD and we are talking about it to anyone that will listen. May God Bless your work.Yall are doing a great job. It's nice to see a Labor of love by a great team.
Tim's Mom and Dad
Great cd......loved it. Tim is my brother and I am very proud of him.
I have never been a country music fan. A few songs here and there and never the old twangy type. Still don't care for that.
I had the privilege of hearing these songs come to fruitation, from the raw words before they were put to music to the completion of Crossroads and Highways.
I can't say I like everyone of them, but I do love a few and like some and that is saying a lot from someone that just a few short years ago wouldn't listen to much country at all.
Kat
Your cd is very good. Katherine Stewart sounds like a dead ringer for Patsy Cline there.
Good music is timeless, never dated. Cheers!

Hi Guys!
I love the look of your site. I hope all is well with the drum tracks, syncing etc. Keep me informed!
Thanks,

I have had the great pleasure of hearing the early versions of some of the awesome and moving songs written by Stanfield. He has an insight into the soul and feeling of the common man. Some of his songs remind me of songs written by Willie Nelson and Merle Haggard. He is a very talented and gifted writer and I look foward to hearing his songs come to life.
Love your songs, keep at it!!
